SUMMARY:(Ré)Organisation : deux évidences valent mieux qu'une !
DESCRIPTION:C’est évident : une organisation performante (une Direction\, un service…) est alignée avec le But de son entreprise… et pourtant on l’oublie souvent\, non ? \n2ème évidence : l’approche participative favorise la mise en œuvre d’une réorganisation. Sauf qu’il y a participation… et participation. \nVenez échanger sur ces 2 évidences\, avec le témoignage concret de Catherine Durand\, du CEA Grenoble\, qui a co-piloté un beau projet de réorganisation où ces 2 évidences étaient au cœur de la démarche projet mise en œuvre. \n\n\n\n \nCatherine Durand\,  \nAdjointe au Chef du Département Projets Exploitation et Ingénierie CEA Grenoble \n\n\nLes projets d’organisation ou de réorganisation\, connaissent des réussites très variables : délais\, résistances\, tensions\, déceptions\, manque d’efficacité\, … \nOn attribue souvent cela à la façon dont le projet est mené… A juste titre\, car si 70% des projets d’organisation « parlent » de participation\, en fait cela se limite souvent à de la communication et quelques ateliers participatifs. La « vraie » participation\, c’est bien autre chose ! C’est faire en sorte que chacun devienne acteur du projet\, et non simplement « participant » du projet de réorganisation. \nPour autant\, cela ne suffit pas : bien mener ce volet « participatif » du projet ne garantit malheureusement pas que l’organisation cible mise en place fonctionne… Pourquoi ? Parce que\, et on l’oublie souvent\, une organisation performante est celle qui contribue à l’atteinte du BUT de cette organisation. En clair : pour quoi (en 2 mots !) cette organisation existe-t-elle ? Alors comment faire ?
